Buried behind bigger names
Google shows three businesses on the map. If competitors have more reviews and a fuller profile, they get the call, even when your work is better.

The problem
Most of the jobs you lose, you never hear about. Here’s where they go.
Google shows three businesses on the map. If competitors have more reviews and a fuller profile, they get the call, even when your work is better.
You’re on a roof or under a house. The homeowner doesn’t leave a message. They call the next name on the list.
You pay for marketing and the phone rings, or it doesn’t. Nobody can tell you what actually brought in the job.
How it works
The Local Lead System, in three steps.
I build it once: a website or service pages that turn visits into calls, your Google profile done right, call tracking, review requests, missed-call text-back, and Local Services Ads verification.
I keep your Google profile active, ask your customers for reviews and answer them, add pages for the towns you serve, and send you a plain-English report with every call and where it came from.
Once your profile and reviews are ready, I run Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads with call tracking, so you know what each lead costs.

What one job is worth
Put in what an average job brings in and how many more you’d want a month. It’s your math, not a promise from me.
$5,000more a month
$60,000more a year
Example math, not a promise of results.

About me
I’m Manny Montoya. I live in Port St. Lucie and run Montoya Marketing on my own.
When you text, I answer. When your Google profile needs fixing, I’m the one fixing it. No account managers, no call center, no handoffs.
I speak English and Spanish, so use whichever is easier for you.
Questions
Text me your business name. I look at your Google profile, your reviews and who shows up above you, then tell you what’s holding you back. It takes about 10 minutes, and you don’t have to sign up for anything.
Three months to start, because Google profile work takes about that long to show up in your calls. After that it’s month-to-month.
You do, directly to Google, on your own card. My monthly fee is separate, so you see every dollar Google charges. You set the budget.
If it loads fast on a phone and makes it easy to call you, I’ll keep it and add what’s missing, like service pages and call tracking. If it’s costing you calls, a new one is part of setup.
No. Nobody controls Google’s rankings, and anyone who guarantees you the #1 spot is selling you something. What I promise is the work: everything set up right, kept active every month, and a report that shows exactly what came in. You see the numbers and decide if it’s worth it.
Sí. We can talk and text in Spanish, and I can set up your profile, website and review requests in both languages.
